Photos of Swedish food

People in Japan find it surprising and amazing that instead of rice people in Sweden eat potatoes (in Japan they believe it rice is replaces by bread in Europe).

Every time I go back to Sweden people keep feeding me things saying: "I bet you have not had [some type of food exclusive to Sweden] in a long time, let's eat huge amounts of that!" and I end up gaining 3kg per week or so... But it is good food.

Stew
More potatoes
Uncooked salmon is traditional in Sweden too (not only in Japan). The sausages contain moose.
Swedish food
Herring and mashed potatoes, very Swedish
Sweden has few fruits (too cold) but lots of berries.

"Wallenberger". With berries (the red stuff to the left).
