My friend is mad about cats, and when she spotted a homeless looking cat sneaking around in the bushes near Umeda Sky Building, she jumped into the bushes to play with it. The cat seemed very surprised and fairly shocked when approached by her so I guess most people in Osaka do not behave like that.
