"Love Love Sand" is a quite common (and thus probably popular) series of products. The one in the photo is an "espresso taste" sandwich. The "Love Love Sand" are always two sandwiches, or at least something that is vaguely bread-like that is filled with something. They can be filled with tuna, egg, ham, strawberry jam, chocolate, honey, espresso, or whatnot. So the "sand" part is short for sandwich. The "love love" part comes from the fact that you get two sandwiches, so you and whomever you may be in love with can share one pack easily.
