My life in Sapporo, Japan. Eating weird food, seeing weird clothes, meeting weird people, doing weird things.

Welcome to France
I had a stopover at Charles de Gaulle airport on my way to Montpellier. I try to avoid this airport and every time I end up there I get reminded why... haha. It is very big, and I guess it has grown over time so now the design is also bad. It is difficult to figure out where you are supposed to go, and it usually requires walking or 30 minutes through areas with few signs and no staff.
I bought a sandwich, which was good, though :-)
There were lots of people walking around with automatic weapons in the arrival hall. Not sure what they were doing.

I'm guessing security, because if it had been random people with smg:s i'd be mighty worried if i were you.
ReplyDeleteI also believe they were not random people. I was worried anyway though :-) If the security people have to walk around with heavy guns, that is probably not a good thing :-)
DeleteWhen I was in India, most people at the airport were walking around with something similar to Kalashnikovs. In Japan or Sweden, I have not seen so many people with guns like that, though.
