More snow than in Saitama |
At the airport, all the flights to Asahikawa, Obihiro, and Hakodate were cancelled because of heavy snowfall. The flights to Sapporo said: "This flight may have to return to Tokyo". Some flights were redirected to Sendai (north of Tokyo but south of Hokkaido). I was a bit worried, but the weather cleared up and my flight reached Sapporo with no problems at all.
I unpacked a lot of stuff that I had bought. I bought a bunch of belts in Saitama, a t-shirt in Harajuku, a lot of magic props and some accessories looking like food in Ikebukuro, and I also had a lot of presents from my parents, my brother, and my Japanese relatives.

My presents: tea, a book on Swedish traditions, shoe inlays to keep your feet warm, and masks to use when you have a cold (and you want to look like a dork :-) ) |

Where is the magic shop in ikebukoro?
ReplyDeleteWhich exit?
Maybe exit 3? It is the first one of the shops in this listing (which has maps):
