Japanese New Year: Stopping firework rockets with your groin
I was asked: "What are you doing during the New Year there in Japan?" I replied truthfully: "I am watching a traditional Japanese TV show. Right now a guy is stopping rocket fireworks with his groin." Japan is a slightly strange country, and the traditional celebrations are slightly different from what I am used to from Sweden.
Then again, I hammered a nail into my nose today, so I may not be in a position to call people out for doing strange things...
