Bread, reindeer meat, and the white stuff is "Swedish wasabi" as we explained it to our Japanese guest (horseradish).
In Sweden, a standard breakfast is based on bread. Cereal and things like that are also common. Traditionally, porridge is also breakfast food.

Not exactly yogurt, but similar. It seems to be called by it Swedish name "filmjölk" in English too.
