One of the reasons it is so cold indoors in Osaka
In Osaka, everyone kept saying it was "cold". It was not cold by Sapporo (or Stockholm) standards though. It is, however, quite cold indoors. One of the reasons is that they do not seem to have or use any heating. Also, the walls are super thin. And it seems they leave doors and windows wide open, like in this building...
