Katsu Spaghetti
Our student cafeteria has a new dish this week: katsu spaghetti meat sauce. It is spaghetti with some form of tomato and meat sauce, and a large piece of deep fried pork ("katsu", from cutlets?). Since we were going to have Japanese food for dinner at our lab's end of the year party later that day, me and my colleague decided to go for what the cafeteria thinks is "Western food" and have the katsu spaghetti. It was pretty good (but not great), but has enough Calories for a whole day...
