Magic show at ECC Junior

The morning after the last day of the Susukino festival I was scheduled to do a magic show for kids. This was 35 minutes by hard biking from where I live. Up a hill. At 10 in the morning (we do magic until 5 in the morning...). So I was a bit tired when I got there, but it was a lot of fun.

The kids first had some English practice during games they played. I then did a 30 minute magic show, with some English and a lot of Japanese. Then they did some more games where the kids were to guess things about me, like what type of food I have for breakfast etc.

The kids were very nice, as was the staff. Everyone was using "English" names, so one of my assistants on stage was "Ms. Gaga"...

    Poor kids, it can't be easy to guess what you have for breakfast... Is it waffles? Or maybe you just wake up so late what you have can't really be called breakfast? :)

      Normally I do not wake up in time for breakfast, true :-)

      But they could only choose between: "rice", "bread", and "cereal", so I also had to determine the correct answer based on those options. So I went with whatever I have when I actually do eat breakfast. Which is bread, by the way.
